Q: Can you cancel your membership at anytime?

A: You can easily cancel your membership anytime, online, 24 hours a day. There are no cancellation fees.

Q: Can I put my Account on hold?

A: Yes. To pause your account and avoid being charged further, sign into your account, click on the link "Suspend". You can do this anytime, online 24 hours a day. When your account is on hold, you will always have access to your account by signing in. When you are ready to recommence your StunMo, sign into your account, click on the link "Activate". Your account will post your next shipping/billing date

Q: Can I change my address?

A: Yes. Sign into your account. Click on the link "edit name and shipping address". Enter the most current address you want your Stunners to be sent. Have your Stunners sent wherever you go!

Q: When Do my Stunners Arrive?

A: We ship out Stunners twice a month on the 12th and 28th. You will receive your pair approximately around the 1st or 15th every month. BUT NOT BOTH DATES, depending on when you sign up.

  • Sign up between the 28th-11th --> Receive your Stunners around the 15th
  • Sign up between the 12th-27th --> Receive your Stunners around the 1st

Q: My Stunners never arrived, WTF?

A. We apologize in the case this occurs. It is left out of our hands after we ship them, accidents do occur. In the case this happens to you, please click on the "contact us" link and fill out a message. When we receive your inquiry, we will ship you a replacement pair of Stunners at no additional charge. Please give it at least two days from the 1st and 15th of every month to contact us about your Stunners going MIA.

Q: When does my account get charged?

A: The day your next pair of Stunners are shipped, either on the 12th or 28th, your account is charged the obligatory monthly fee. As long as your account is canceled or on hold, you will never be charged for subsequent months.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Ex press and Discover Soon we will offer PayPal.

Q: Is there Tax?

A: If you are a resident of California, you will incur an additional tax charge. Currently, the sales tax in California is 9.5%.

Q: What's your return policy?

A: If you're not happy with an item you receive for any reason, you may click on the "contact us" link and leave us a message. When we receive your inquiry, our policy is to send you new pair of Stunners at no additional charge.

Q: Why Can’t I choose my Stunners?

A: It's like a gumball machine. It costs a quarter for a gumball, but you never know which color you're going to get. Stunner of the Month is just like that. Our algorithm selects your Stunners without bias, from our hand picked, Stuntworthy Collection.
